1. Appointments & Scheduling
At Gloss’it Detailing, we provide exclusive, mobile premium detailing services.
- Appointments must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance to ensure full preparation.
- A $25 deposit secures your booking and is applied toward your final balance.
- Same-day appointments may be available subject to schedule; a $15 priority fee applies. This fee is non-refundable and expires at the end of the same day.
- We bring all water, power, and premium products—no customer preparation is required.
- Please ensure your vehicle is in a safe, accessible location suitable for professional detailing.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We value our clients’ time and ours:
- 24+ hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling ensures your deposit is fully credited.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.
- Gloss’it Detailing reserves the right to reschedule due to hazardous weather or emergencies without penalty.
- Missed or late cancellations will not count as a used visit if rescheduled within the same week.
3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Service Requirements
Our services are tailored for vehicles in standard condition:
- Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, sand, or odor may incur additional fees ($25–$100).
- Vehicles with mold, heavy biohazards, or infestations can be serviced, but will be quoted separately based on the severity and required products.
- All personal items must be removed; Gloss’it Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage.
- Pricing assumes vehicles are in reasonably maintained condition. Special conditions may be quoted in advance.
4. Premium Add-Ons
Enhance your detailing experience with our luxurious add-ons:
- Headlight Restoration – $70
- Engine Bay Detailing – $85
- Clay Bar & Paint Decontamination – $100
- Ceramic Spray Sealant (6–12 month protection) – $120
- Odor Eliminator / Ozone Treatment – $80
- Pet Hair Heavy Removal – $50–$100
Please request add-ons when booking to ensure optimal service execution.
5. Payments
We accept Cash, Zelle, or Card. Payment is due upon completion of service.
- No hidden fees or taxes are added.
- Tips are optional but appreciated for exceptional service.
6. Luxury Package Terms
- Packages are prepaid in full for discounted pricing.
- Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance and used within 12 months of purchase.
- Missed or late cancellations will not count as a used visit if the appointment is rescheduled within the same week.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for perfection:
- Any concerns reported within 24 hours of service will be corrected promptly at no additional cost.
- Beyond 24 hours, results may naturally vary due to environmental exposure and normal use.
8. Liability & Legal Protections
Gloss’it Detailing is fully insured. Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn materials, or defects from previous work or aftermarket modifications.
- By booking, you authorize Gloss’it Detailing to move or operate your vehicle as required for service.
- Gloss’it Detailing assumes no responsibility for loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
- Use of our services constitutes acceptance of all terms herein.
